Job Title: Service Desk Manager
Location: Bishop's Stortford
Salary: To £18,000 + Bonuses
An experienced Service/Reception Manager is required by my client who are a successful organisation who offer a number of services within the motor industry.
The ideal candidate will be customer focussed, well organised with high standards and attention to detail. You must be able to think for yourself and take control of situations and maximise the calls that the department receives. Working on the front desk, you will be following up on estimates, updating customers, liaising with insurers and checking/updating the computer system.
You will ideally come from a dealership background incorporating either car sales or service desk roles and although a natural ability to sell will be highly desirable, this is not a sales role.
You will be managing staff so you must be an excellent leader who is passionate about customer service as well as cars.
