Job Title: Sales Executive/Account Manager
Location: Bishop’s Stortford, Herts
Salary: OTE £35,000
A Sales Executive/Account Manager is required for a successful medical company to be based from their offices in Bishop’s Stortford. You will be responsible for generating new and repeat business for contract sales and to achieve growth from your existing customer base for a very established business. Joining an existing team you will be responsible for developing close relationships with your clients, spotting business opportunities and up-selling and cross selling where applicable.

To be considered for the Sales Executive/Account Manager position you should have:
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales role but graduates would be considered if they can demonstrate the right attributes.
• You must be comfortable generating new business as they are looking more for a hunter than a farmer
• Your experience would ideally be gained from a recruitment, media sales or product sales background.
• A stable career
• Consultative sales approach
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Ability to cross sell and up-sell
• Ability to analyse data and interpret to spot business opportunities
• Strong team player with good work ethics
• Open and honest
• Full Driving Licence
Package:
• £16k basic
• Excellent commission uncapped commission structure ( realistic OTE of £35,000)
• Pension Scheme after successful completion of probationary period
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays
• Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
• Free Parking
