Job Title: Account Manger/Business Development Manager
Location: South Coast
Salary: £20,000 Basic + Bonus + Car + Mobile + Laptop
An Account Manager/Business Development Manager is required for a successful packaging company to be based from home. You will be responsible for Account Managing 35-40 small to large, national accounts around Dorset, Devon, Willtshire and Hampshire on a field sales basis, as well as generating new business. Joining an existing team you will be responsible for developing close relationships with your clients, spotting business opportunities and up-selling and cross selling where applicable.
Based from home, you will have full autonomy of your time and will be responsible for calling clients, booking appointments and managing your own diary. .

To be considered for the Account Manager/Business Development Role position you should have:
A minimum of 2 years experience as an Account Manager/Business Development Manager
You must be comfortable generating new business as they are looking more for a hunter than a farmer
Your experience would ideally be gained from a recruitment, media sales or product sales background.

Ability to analyse data and interpret to spot business opportunities
Strong team player with good work ethics
Open and honest
Full Driving Licence
