Job Title: Trainee Multilingual Claims Handlers
Location: Hoddesdon, Herts
Salary: £12,000 - £20,000
Job Description:
Multilingual Claims Handlers x 6 are required for a very successful insurance company based in Hoddesdon. You will be responsible for handling travel and personal accident claims dealing with customers from all over the world.

To be considered for the Multilingual Claims Handler positions you must possess:
• As well as English, you must be fluent in at least 2 languages to include Spanish, Swedish, Polish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portugese, Croatian, Danish, Finish, Latvian, Lithunian, Norwegian and Catalan.
• Ideally experience in the Insurance Claims industry but this is not essential
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Ideally experience in holiday and/or personal accident insurance
• Customer relationship building skills
• Strong team player
• Open and honest
Multilingual graduates who have no working experience would be considered
Package:
In the region of £12,000 - £20,000 basic dependent upon experience
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays increasing with length of service
