Each candidate is presented to our client with a full profile to include our interview notes so that our clients will only intervew candidates that can do the job and who will fit in with the rest of the team or organisation. At inteview stage, you simply choose the candidate you like the best. We ensure that all unsuccessful candidates receive full feedback and still go away with a positive view of your organisation. Meanwhile, we handhold the successful candidate through the resignation process and even keep in touch within their first few weeks of starting to ensure they are settling in well. This whole process is straight forward and leaves our clients to use their own time more effectively which is even more important in the current economic climate.

Advertising
Screening & Selection
We understand that some of our clients would prefer to place an advert themselves in a local newspaper or specialist trade magazine as they have found this to be successful for them in the past. However, the screening of the CVs is very time consuming and if all candidates have applied to you directly, it is impertive that they receive some kind of acknowledgement of their application and also to hear an outcome, should their application not have been successful. At this stage, we can step in and phsyically take the applications from you, fully screen the responses rejecting the unsuccessful candidates and speaking to those with the most relevant skills. We will then return all the applications including a shortlist of candidates who have been telephone interviewed and who we would recommend interviewing.

Open Evenings/Group Interviews
A number of our clients find it easier to interview candidates in groups, especially if they are looking to recruit multiple roles. In this event, RecruitAbility will not only source and screen the candidates as above, but will also arrange the venue, arrange for the candidates to attend at the appropriate time, be there to greet them and explain the interview process and to de-brief with the candidates and the clients afterwards. Again, we take away all the administrative duties including informing the unsuccessful candidates of the outcome and also confirming 2nd interviews or offers of employment. Our clients find this process to be very time effective and candidates find it enjoyable and comment on how it speeds up the process, helping them to find suitable roles within a short space of time
